A deep golden colour. Floral and fruity aromas. Hints of fresh butter developing into a bouquet of honey and spice. Ample body, rich and aromatic.

A fine wine ideal for aperitifs, fish dishes and salads.
Winemaking
Direct pressing, soft settling and fermentation of the must between 17° and 18°. Maturing on lees with regular ‘batonnage’ (stirring), subtle use of oak.
