A deep ruby red colour, pleasant fruit aroma followed by a smooth, round body and good length.
Food
This wine will be the perfect accompaniment for grilled meats and ripe cheeses. Serve at room temperature.
Winemaking
Maceration for 3 weeks. Aged in the vat for over 18 months. 20% of the Syrah is aged in oak barrels for 12 months before being added to the blend.
