A powerful wine full of ripe red fruit, hints of undergrowth and a touch of vanilla. There is good length on the palate.

Food

This wine will accompany our ‘Pays Cathare’ cured meats and traditional ‘cassoulet’ dish.

Winemaking

Matured in French oak chips.
