Indeed, 1952 marked the birth of the wine cooperative of Villesèquelande.
No one imagined then, this would be the start of a wonderful human and regional adventure.
THE CREATION OF “LES VIGNERONS DE LA VOIE ROMAINE ET DU CABARDÈS“
In the sixties, the winegrowers of Caux and of Sauzens, Grèzes-Herminis and of Pennautier joined the cooperative. Then, in the nineties, the wine cooperatives of Raissac sur Lampy and Sainte Eulalie bring new strength to the group, now known as “Voie Romaine”. 
In 2004, it is the turn of Pezens and Aragon to join, with their long established link with the Cabardès, thus creating “Les Vignerons de la Voie Romaine et du Cabardès”.
